Nestling among the gently rolling hills where the Langa ends and the Monferrato begins, lies one of Italy’s
most beautiful villages, Neive, the stronghold of Barbaresco. Of Roman origin, this little village has
succeeded in retaining all its original style.
The centre of the village is characterised by the old Romanesque bell tower and everything revolves around
the village itself; from the concentric lanes to the village walls, from the vineyards, overlooking the
village to the wineries scattered throughout the hills.
